I think he gave proof in the words of Mr.Wiggles, he just told you to read the message board. I think Samwas catalyst,yes. I don't think he solely invented the style though, I'm sure there were others who influenced and developed it with each other and Sam alike. That's just from common sense, cause it's hard to say that just one man invented popping, even if that's what's accepted, we've never gotten 1st hand info.

True, popping pete didn't innovate all the popping styles and that is a misconception by many. There are others who contributed to make what popping is today. It don't really matter to me as long as we love what we're doing.
