Killer! I've seen him in concert twice. Once at the Troubador in Hollywood circa 1975 and once in Nashville in the early 90's. He's just as sweet at pie.

I learnt a lot through these two fantaztic videos he did in the early 90s with HomespunTapes. This one is in the key of Eb, amazingly difficult to play....
Some may find more "virtuoso" or fast boogieplayers, but no one can match Dr John's feel, intensity, Blues drenched sound....and he plays so laid back and relaxed! WOW

Just because Zing plays it faster doesn't make it better, or even harder.
Dr John's version has way more musicality, and the syncopation he uses makes it much harder than the Zing version.
