Keep your chin down when you box. When you punch don't lean your head back. Use angles instead of going straight back and strait foward. Use your jabs to set up your punches. Combinations and don't forget body shots. Good video! Keep boxing! Thai Boxing is the best! Peace! : ) God Bless!

yell i agree wit you...it's kinda a instinct to move back when someone try to punch me but im practicting to move left and right instead of just moving back...plus we dnt do this often so its kinda hard to really practice...and thai boxing is cool...but it's kinda dangerous for us to be trying it without no kick boxing equipment.

Keep up the good work! Any training is better than no training! You guys should train and enter a Golden Gloves tournament. I know you can win if you dedicate yourself to effective training. :)

Yo i'm hmong and i box in fresno. I used to box for a gym in the west side but it closed down. Now i train myself. If u guys need someone to give you tips or a sparring partner the just email me or somting bros. Looks like you guys can do good if u are commited.
