Yeah!! So, they were all shot with tranquilizers, big deal!! The ones that got the real bullets died, while the others went into a deep sleep...then, in the season opener, they got up, dusted themselves off, and went on. This was "Dynasty's" best cliffhanger, and it's awesome.

it's amazing to see where the editing continuity was overlooked. At 5:45-48 people are standing on the brides side of the seated area. Jeff and Ashley landed in a pile of pillows. At 6:00 Luke, Claudia and the guard are not where they should be. At 6:00 Amanda is facing right..in the end shot she has shifted to the left. Producers set greenery against the windows on the bride side but at :48-49 somebody is moving behind the greenery.

This was a very long shoot for the cast. Among many details the room selected for the "chapel" at Greystone Manor was so small cameras could not be at both ends at once to film. So John and Catherine had to march down the isle over and over till they had enough correct footage.

Urbitrix, The guy with the the eyepatch looking around nervously was looking around nervously because he WAS nervous. Nervous because he was in on it and was waiting for the others to put the plan in action.
The cool dude that jumped on him was Dex Dexter (Alexis' third husband and tough cowboy).
Remember that scene in the film, "Misery", where she screams, "HE DIDN'T GET OUT OF THE COCK-A-DOODLE CAR!!!"? Well, that's what the follow up scene to this massacre was...

This Moldavia wedding massacre cliffhanger, was the show's down fall. I always thought, it was stupid on the writters part, to put all of the characters in this shoot out scene, with bullets flying everywhere (and hitting everyone!) then have them get up, brush off the bullets and pretty much walk out unscratched in the fifth season opening! LOL!!! Yeah, that was the beginning of the end for Dynasty. But, loved the show in its earlier seasons.

Though it was logical to kill off Lady Ashley and Luke, the King, Prince Michael, and Claudia could have died too (why not as Claudia died in the next cliffhanger and she really didn't do much in her last season with the series).
