What the hell are you talking about? After a kick attempt, the ball goes to the other team automatically. Only case this doesn't happen is if the defensive team attempts to recover the ball, fumbles, and the offensive team regains possession. As happened with Leon Lett, who attempted to recover the ball when there was absolutely no need to during the 93 Thanksgiving game.
