If you like the fact US soldiers invaded a foriegn country based on a stack of lies, and the residents are willing to fight to the death to paint GI brains on the wall, then pull out your brown fingers and wave them here for all to see.
We've never had our own law in America.

in the immortal words of who ever said it first:
we're fucked...
The Constitution exists to protect US citizens on US soil. Gitmo holds no US citizens and isnt on US soil. So the detainees aren't under its protection.
On June 20, 2008 - 293 Representatives voted in favor to invalidate the 4th Amendment
AMENDMENT IV:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
These rights, according to the constitution, were given to us all by God. "...endowed by our creator...with certain inaliable rights,".
That means everybody is born with them, having been given them by God, but only some countries recognize them. America doesn't give these rights, we recognize them, and indeed even fight wars for them. It doesn't matter where your born, or what you did.
