You can also hear that he's singing over the record. You can hear the record's vocals under the live vocals.
and while there was a Body Count song released on OG, it was a cross promotional effort on this part to get people to find out about his other effort.
And yeah, its weak that he's singing over the album version of the song. but hey, he's Ice T and we arent.

Als das Ganze noch nicht so kommerziell war, war es besser, da wusste man wenigstens wer Ahnung hat.
