| Hey bankhead ur clearly a waste of life if u think this video is not touching. Fitz clearly got robbed of the heisman (look where Jason White is now.) Right now Fitz is the 2nd best receiver in the NFL, (1st is Steve Smith) and within 2-3 years he will be the best receiver in the NFL. Not only that he will be one of the best wideouts to ever play the game. He has heart unlike most of the cocky, arrogant, wideouts in todays game. Fitz is not arrogant. |

| I agree. He was tremendous. I was at the actual ceremony. I thought he was going to win. I was 13 at the time and I was shocked when White won it. Some regard him as the top college receiver of all time. |

| Larry is an elite WR in the NFL. He's been in the league 3 years, and should have made 2 Pro Bowls already (he was hurt last year, but still put up good numbers). Pitt was truly blessed to have a player, and person, like Larry. He's a fantastic ambassador for the University, and a class act all the way. |

| The Pittsburgh writers, probably the worst of any major city in America, are a disgrace. They voted for Jason White because they didn't feel a sophomore should win over a senior. It's no wonder the entire city mocks and despises them. Fitz deserved better. |

| no, sorry to say that he did not. he came in 2nd place to Jason White from Oklahoma, Larry got 1353 votes and White got 1481 votes. in hindsight to what Larry accomplished in college and the NFL now, he should have won it. |

| i can gurantee that if he was a jr. or a sr. he would have won hands down. he was the best player in college that year and he got screwed because of how old he is. hell where is jason white now while fitzy is among the most elite wide receivers in the game. its a disgrace but gotta respect him for his mental toughness and playmaking ability. he doesnt showboat he doesnt brag he jumps up and pulls the ball down like you are supposed to. love the guy |
