Both are great games, but I liked MGS4 more.. It was one of the most entertaining games I've every played, graphics are better too. But get both if you can, Assassin's Creed is only $17.99 at gamefly with free shipping.

Why feel you have to get either? Assasin's Creed has it's points, but it's poorly designed and flaws. Metal Gear Solid 4 is brilliant, but if you're not a fan of MGS3 you may not dig the pretentious story. Perhaps try the Hitman games or Second Sight or the Splinter Cell games if you're after another good stealth game.

If I could I'd thumb you up a million times! MGS does rule infact the AC suite in MGS4 is what got me intrested and I'm getting this game tomorrow I hear it's great. :D
