I thank Paula for this video, but I wish she would stop interrupting the speaker with little, unimportant comments and questions. It distracts the speaker (A LOT, which she doesn't seem to notice), and it's somewhat irritating to the listener because it breaks the flow. Other than that, thanks, good job.
