Ware will have a good game against Grossman. He takes 5 to 7 step drops usually in play action passes, and the Bears offense only has 1 touchdown in 2 games.

I like the signing of Tank, he will keep us fresh late in the season, and hopefully he will bring his bazooka and his other assault rifles to the line with him the other team will be in some trouble. The key to beating chicago is limiting turnovers and capitalizing of scoring opprotunities with td's.

The Phillips' 3-4 is a defense that puts us in positions to make alot more plays...sacks, interceptions, deflections, fumbles, tackles for losses...But the flipside to it is that it will from time to time leave gaps for offenses to make key plays as well which won't hurt us as much due to our multifaceted offense.

As you can see we already have 5 interceptions in the first 2 games even with Newman out & once he's back we can bring that coverage up more and stunt alot more up front which we're already doing alot of and get into our true character on defense.

Shango's assessment on the Cowboy "D" is right on the money. Although I do believe there will be anywhere from 4 to 7 games where the defense will completely dominate the other team allowing very few yards in total offense...simply because when you look at our defensive player personnel you consistently run into noteworthy names. There's just too much probability for dominance.

So while our defense is stunting and taking more chances it will at times leave openings for offenses to exploit, but when that's not happening it will either stagnate offenses into mediocre performances or completely overwhelm them translating into turnovers, confusion and mistakes.
Let me know if I'm wrong people.
