wow dude u are really good compared to me! ive been playing for about 3 months and loving it but i hope i will be as good as u one day soon! preferably b4 battle of the bands in may! but probably not! im still having trouble cross picking and just basic finger use!!! kinda annoying! well any advice? to speed up my learning of the bass will be very helpful! thanx!

Yeah... The only way to improve is to do a lot of practice, 3 hours a day or about it's a very good method of improving fast. I recommend to do a lot of technique practice with the two hands with a metronome and starting very slow at a 80 tempo or less and then speeding up gradually. You say you use a pick, I recommend to use fingers since are a part of you and you can control them better than a pick and i also like more the sound but. Remember..just practice every day even if you're wathcin tv

I really like the way he explains stuff. It's really conversational, and he doesn't use too much jargon that I don't understand haha..
I've been looking around at some other bass lessons and these ones are the best so far in my opinion. (For beginners at least)
