oops! One oral HCG, I woke up and forgot!By the way ...u truly r an inspiration My girlfriend and I are following your ideas, ways, and encouragement ......but best of all IT WORKS! We have both lost 6-9pds and its just one and a half weeks from when we started..I'm so glad u answer emails I will tell her she has a few more Questions, She is a facialist in Ca. and needs to use Oils often but washes hands right away and during treatments..anyway..U truly look wonderful and so are your kids:)

If you missed one dose it wont hurt..in fact its suggested that you skip one full day each week.

No, there isnt any side effects. Some people have headaches and nausea on the first week...but everyone is different. Once you lose the weight on your phase 2 you then maintain it the rest of your life by following the protocol rules. Look for the hcg website on this video page ... Look under "more info" by the date on the upper right hand side.

Hi-When you order hcg..it comes only in one form. You have to mix it yourself. So depending on if you are using it the oral way or injecting...depends on how to mix it. Sublingual and injecting people have the same results..one is not better than the other.

no...I am not wasting my money. I was put on this by my doctor to boost my testosterone (one of the real medical uses for this). 1,500 units every other day for many months now...THAT'S A TON COMPARED TO WHAT YOU GUYS ARE USING....and eat the same as I always have and workout at the gym every morning with 30 minutes of weights and 1 hour of hard cardio. Guess what I've lost? ZERO LBS! It's the diet you're on, not the HCG. Keep the diet, drop the HCG and you'll have the same results!

Yes, we do use a very small amount of hcg compared to what youre using. Many people have upped their use of hcg just by a little and found that they were NOT losing the weight. Dr. Simeons knew what he was talking about and that is why they recommend only a certain number of IU's. The hcg and diet works together in certain numbers only. I would never tell ANYONE to eat only 500 calories without the hcg. You would be starving and not losing the weight the same...you would probably lose muscle!

Hi-Yes it does have a taste. Its not a bad taste...its the vitamin b12 that is the stronger taste...kind of hard to describe but its not that bad...not mediciney at all.
