um, i have been taking baby carrots to work with me. at home i have a jar of mixed nuts that help me with my love of salt...I LOVE SALT. its bad, i know, but i am working on it. i also have a bowl of muskidyne (sp?) grapes i have been nibbling on. there.

I try to snack on healthy foods, but I find it doesn't satisfy me at all. Like snacking on fruits feels like I didn't snack so I go and grab those cookies anyway.

Thanks for this vid! I'm so sick of all the crap I eat in college- from the not so healthy food in the commons to the microwaveable alternatives for the room- easy mac, potatoes, etc. This video gave me some healthy alternatives for snacks I hadn't thought of.
For breakfast though, since I eat in the dorm, I like to get the All Bran Bran Buds and the fat free yogurts and eat that mixed together.
