It's a pity that Clive Barker had to sell the rights to his book to make this movie, as if writing a unqiue book isnt hard enough, write me if you agree/disagree, with a valid point, no where near as good as the book, but sill a good movie.

Well, there's a few things the movie should have kept, but I think we got a great character in Pinhead as a result. People will say that Clive should have used the lead cenobite from the book, but I don't see why. I guess people are always hung up on what could have been and thinking the grass is greener on the other side.

no he diesn't create the cenobites. The engineer, i believe, designed and built the walls and tunnels of the Labyrinth (hell). the lord of the Labyrinth, "Leviathan", creates the cenobites- and this can be see in Hellraiser 3:Hell on Earth.
