Patty Wagstaff - Champion Aerobatic Pilot
Uploaded by: LouieSchwartzberg
Video Description:
Another interesting person I've met: Patty Wagstaff is a national treasure. She is the first woman to have won the National Aerobatic Championship, and the only woman to have won it THREE times. Aerobatic flying is an art and a skill that would cause most of us to blow lunch in the first minute or so. She is a role model for all of us. Plus, you gotta love the hair!

I might have said, "Patty is an amazing pilot. If more people had the kind of self-control in their lives as Patty does in the cockpit, we'd be much better off."
Your follow-up statement (which hadn't appeared yet when I was writing mine) provides excellent clarity: "Do we control ourselves with the same sense?" Great point!
Aerobatic shows are a form of art and people are pleased to assist to these shows. It makes you relax and feel better so that the day after you'll go to work less pissed and with a better state of mind please...making people glad is a great contribuition to the society. How about comedians, sport men and other professionists? do you hate them too?
whether you like it or not, people like aerobatic shows just like others enjoy watching sports. Are football, baseball and basketball players parassites as well? As I already said to you as long as something is pleasing to watch, doing ecc..is a GREAT contribuition to the society. get over it- Your hatred toward her doesn't make any sense
Granted, money and connections help open doors. But, I truely feel your comment is not only naive, but shallow and condescending.
If you think I am naive....jump into an Extra 300 and give it a go. I'd be honored to come to a competition and applaud your skills.
