And that's how i am goign to fuse the DNA of a lizzard with human DNA and figure out what gene turns on when the lizzards tail is cut off, then grows back so then people in the army that lost arms or such will grow new ones =) but its not that easy..heh

I think RBS is the ribosome-binding site. This is the area of mRNA where the smaller ribosomal subunit(30S in prokaryotes) binds in order to start translation. After the RBS and the first place where a start codon appears (AUG) translation generally begins. AUG functions as a start codon ONLY when preceded by an RBS, otherwise it encodes for Methionine.
