It's interesting to read a bunch of comments from people who are totally ignorant about history. Yeah, the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were awful, but so was the whole damn war. If you don't know anything about Nanking, Bataan, the Tokyo firebombings, or kamikazes, then try educating yourself before jumping to conclusions.
Remember: 50-70 MILLION people died in WWII--the a-bombs only killed a mere fraction of that.

Actually if people knew their true history rather than the bullshit textbooks they feed you in school, they would know that the 2nd atom bomb dropped in WW2 was completely unneccessary. The japanese were willing to surrender but the U.S. wanted to drop both the implosion and explosion versions for experimental purposes. Rev.
