:-)

..how to play and improvise bach or mozart ..?!
look for video : "bach sarabande jazz guitar"
It's more than cellistic considerations. It is bigger than just playing them. I think it's the difference between playing Bach and living Bach.
Casals lived Bach.
Peace, Teddy
If you read Casals autobiographies (including "Joys and Sorrows" you will realise that he preferred to be called "Pau", rather than "Pablo" (Joys and Sorrows, 1970, p. 154).
We can be sure he would be delighted to be called "Pau".
How we call the musician? I think it is quite irrelevant. Maybe Pablo wanted to be called Pau.
I think it is not about Pablo/Pau. It is about how Johann Sebastian moves our emotions.
Shame on you for letting Pablo/Pau and Catalan/Spanish politics defile the wonderous sounds of Johann Sebastian Bach!
Is it only about Johann Sebastian? Doesn't Pau Casals play any part in making those wondrous sounds? And if he does, don't we gain by seeing all the dimensions of the man who mad such music?
Thanks for posting this video
Mabe you need a «good shut» in your stupid brain! (sorry about my grammar)
Isn't that sound great?
Not to talk about the man... I admire him so much.
Thanks twotea for posting it.
Nada más qué decir.
I'm playing the 1st and 2nd meneuets on Euphonium, it's a hoot.
