They have been down there for about 3500 years. They are so fragile that trying to move them would destroy them.

I would like to sell my daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in Exodus 21:7. In this day and age, what do you think would be a fair price for her?

Is this day and age, slavery has been been made illegal in most countries of the world. Make another sarcastic remark and I'll just zap it!
You aren't even ... ( 1 year ago by Quinron55)
You aren't even interested in a real discussion. You are a typical pagan who hates God and his free gift of salvation, and would rather wallow in your sin and miserable existence outside of grace. Repent while you still have time.

Quinron, you give Christians a bad name; you've lost your witness and your credibility.

You, on the other hand, give pagans the name they deserve.

What? I'm open minded for evidence of the exodus. It's just that Ron Ryan's evidence is lacking. Even creationists disagree with him, as I mentioned earlier.
You need to be ... ( 1 year ago by Quinron55)
You need to be honest with yourself here. I've had serious debates with tens of people just like you, and it always boils down to the same bottom line: you are not interested in considering evidence; you have a problem with God in general because of your sinful nature. The Bible says that we are enemies of God until we are saved, and THAT is the problem.

You're right. It's mainly AIG. Several creationists agree, some only in a few areas, with Wyatt. AIG is promoting themselves as IT. If you're not with them, you're not worth it. This is wrong.

There's a number of problems with Exodus, mainly dealing with people seeing chariots, running, and somehow staying ahead of them for over 100 miles (the length of the red sea) -- not to mention the translation for Yam Suph is "reed sea", not "Red Sea" (see your NIV bible footnote).

Red Sea/Schmed Sea! Just because YamSouf could mean "reed" doesn't mean it's not the Red Sea you know today.
YamSouf is used repeatedly in the OT to describe what we know of as the Red Sea. Don't believe me? Look where Solomon built his ships near: Ezion-geber. Hullo! Red Sea as we know it today.
Thanks. Try the veal. I'll be here till Thursday.

2500 miles deep you say? Even the Pacific is not much more than 10 miles deep at its deepest point! The place where they crossed was a gradual slope no more than 1000 feet deep in the center. You apparently didn't see part 2 yet.
