Mexican authorities said Wednesday they had arrested a man in northern Mexico in the weekend killing of U.S. Border Patrol agent Luis Aguilar. Jesus Navarro Montes was arrested in the northern state of Sonora, said Mexico's Attorney General. (Jan. 23)
