Technically, this is the first NFL game played outside NORTH AMERICA. The first game outside America was the Arizona Cardinals v the San Francisco 49ers in 2005 in Mexico City, Mexico.

Right, it's the first regular season game outside North America, but not outside the USA. There was a regular season game in Mexico in 2005.

tell your friends to stand up and cheer it's perfectly ok. also there are usually songs that fans sing after a score. make lots of noise for the opposing offense before each snap because it can make their linemen jump too early.
the game will be better if the pitch holds up.
