Results of any business audit are like a deficiency list in a construction project. Resident engineer pointing out one batch of concrete mix to have composition, ductility, hardness or age of aggregate,doesn't mean the whole complex has to be brought down.
Resident engineer report is helpful to correct deficiency and continue with the construction.
This is so stupid for US courts to bring down a thriving business on one special audit report.

Case against Coni is flawed,trial judges not only relied on infirm audit report, she over run federal jurisdictions and international boundaries to procure reports.
I don't see any merit of appeal, I would rather like to see it challenged, re;
