Senator Clinton knows the rules of the senate in Illinois and she stills what the American people to believe that Senator Obama doesn't know what he's doing when he says present on a bill it is only because in the state of Illinois you vote present when there is a problem with the bill and you want to get somethings straighten out before you approve it.
