That salary is crap!! I read somewhere that the Captains are going to get a 37% raise over 101 months. Then they will make 140k salary and w/ night diff. and other various froms of compensation 150k-160k. Better than the 105k they get now. A freeken officer in SCPD,NCPD, and PAPD make more than that. Does it make sense??
