Well this does look like Africa to be serious and not Cuba. I am an OniChango and Cuban so I know.
I have seen this festival for Obatala and they are so organized and beautiful too and peacefull. The Changoses here are all over the place but look like they are having a LOT more fun and still maintain order. I love it !!! Kabiesiles Chango !!!
