How will the workforce become more productive, if they wont be allowed to transform the methods of established production then your humanomics dream wont work!
You just cant alter the sprit of workers and at the same time keep the methods of production the same?
If this was allowed and workers become self-aware of their economic-being then the relations of production would be thrown into air, and would modify all the states in the world that adpot this!

Is a Worker an object needed to fixed with new technology or is a worker a person with a conciousness which could allow them to become something more free through self-determined action.

What we do see & hear, is the grammar of "either or," that is a pretext for a pre-emptive strike.
