I don't know. It's a quite a bit better than a "jam session". It was a single show though recorded to promote his album with little practice or run through. IMO there are also better songs from this gig than this one. "la salsa en mi" is one that stands out.

Stretch54 (and Bernie), short and sweet, you've got the right idea, but you need to loosen up more, don't be afraid to make mistakes (dissonance is GOOD)! Lay back more and LEAD more (if you can understand that crazy statement.) Don't plan so much, let it all happen, mistakes and all, and LEAD that goove bro! I know, it's scary, but LEAD that band bro! (kirk)Not sure if you understood my post based on this rather odd response. This is not a John Coltrane video. Bernie does unfortunately have to spend his time on baseball since that is where money comes from. Being a musician myself, I fully understand the need to loosen up and take chances, but he's a baseball player. This show was designed to promote his album not see how many chances the players could take.
