You took some spell mistakes(about Japanese)
adigato(→arigatou[Pronounciation is 'aligatou']) Sentinel sama(→sann[Japanese people use '~sama' when we call our customer's name and so on. A person in a high position like a doctor or a lawyer hardly say 'sama'. They usually say '~sann'. This is because our position is not a client or a customer, but a person who ask them to help us. It's like relationships between a teacher and students.]).
