I am not the person you are referring to. Not only did I pay Lee my bills at Green Garden, I also gave Bao 30k baht to help rebuild his bar. I suggest you ask Bao about me. I'm pretty sure if he was angry with me then I wouldn't have been staying with his family and new born son earlier this year...
I agree that the people who left without paying are complete scumbags, the Thai people were all so kind to us and I will always be grateful for it.

Hi ! I was there,in my shower on the first bungalow close to the see, at the Green Garden Resort ! My friend was speaking with Lik and his brother when the wave arrived. At this moment i was just hit by the big wave ! I have been very lucky, hurt, but lucky ! Some Australian called me Powerman, does someone see who i am ? My name is FX and i was with a friend called Jerome. We are belgian. It was really special for me to see this video but thanks a lot Stuart ! ;-)

Hi FX - I remember you well. You arrived two days before the tsunami. We were staying in the same bungalow as you (the best one) but moved when you arrived because you had a reservation :p
I will never forget when I saw you walk up the mountain with about 500 cuts on your back after you were pulled out of the bungalow by the wave. I thought my girlfriend and I were lucky - dude, you are the luckiest guy I've ever met. I'm glad you found this video.

This was one of the most scariest days of my life. Sure I wasnt in Thailand (I am Thai though) but to know that there is a Tsunami that wipes out the city in your country... its just heart breaking and tragic... Thanks for catching this on tape, my mother and I both starting crying when I pulled this video up.
