I always wanted to meet Chet. My mom was friends with Lenny Breau and sang with his band in high school. She told me all about them when I was starting out playing. I'll never get to meet any of them, but their music lives on for all of us.

My long friend Gene Morris's dad introduced me to the music of Chet and Jerry. I was a young punk kid just learning to play rock and metal guitar and I remember him telling me that these guys were the men! How true....I was blown away and have been a Chet and Jerry fan ever since. Gene Sr. passed away yesterday. How lucky he is....watching Chet And Jerry together again! RIP guys!!!!
