No, if that were the case, an audio/video sync delay problem, then EVERY word would be off time by the SAME AMOUNT and that isn't the case. And, sometimes, her mouth starts AFTER you hear the words. And, it's her BREATHING that gives it away. You haven't the perceptual intelligence to actually hear/see the facts presented to you in the video posted above.

I found out that she did in fact lip sync but I still don't care. It isn't her fault, they made her do it and it wouldn't have sounded nearly as good live not because of her but because of equipment, venue, etc (like at the cardinals clip. SHE sounded fine but the reverb was awful)
Still doesn't lower my opinion of her one iota.
