I ahev entered strongman comeptitions before and always did really well in the pressing events.
Right now I am focused on improving my Bench to get a shot at becoming the IPF World Bench Press Champion!
I enjoy Log Pressing, but don't do it that often.
Although I felt like trying 300 soon after this set!
I am sure I could get more if I trained Log Pressing consistently but I have other goals, so Log Pressing will have to wait.

I had it made several years ago when I was doing a strength ministry.
It is just a 12 inch pipe with handles and end bars welded into it.
Oh and LOTS of red paint!

I have closed a #2.
I don't train them very often anymore, so I am way out of practice.

The handles inside my 12 inch log are 1 1/2 inches, slightly larger than a olympic bar.
The Log is exactly 6 feet long, from one end of the bar to the other.

The Log is fun,but you are correct that I am focused on becoming the IPF World Bench Press Champion.
Although I am looking at a possible strongman meet this summer just for fun!
