This was taken after the Giants Ticker Tape Parade ended as the Official Floats we're off, Although the Official Ceremony of the Giants Superbowl Win was taken place at City Hall at the Time, Over tons of streets we're Closed, as I was walking 2 see if I was able 2 take a closer shot of the Ceremony over 100's of Police Presenses of the NYPD barricaded of the Streets on Centre Street and Laffayette Avenue including what u see right now which this was taken place in Foley Square we're leveled off to everyone (expect if u worked withing that area they would let u go with an Wored Issue Permit) they would let u go where no one else can't go thru, just minutes after this recording the Cops ordered everyone to step back as they barricaded more streets from the public to go within. If any of u giants fans we're there or not able to u probably seen this already in hand, I know it was pretty hectic day for me and a lot of ppl but I know cops are just trying to do their best's for everyone 's safety and I really can't
blame them for what they do, all they try to do is just for security issues.
