jack I've taken thousands of kicks in sparring and life . Sorry to say only a couple had any effect . I trained my body to take punishment by hardening my stomach muscles and others through makiwara workouts in my teens. I would actually push my heavy bag , ceiling height and let it hit me on every part of my body, including my head ! Don't I know where you are going so save it ! In high school at our graduation send off I broke 16 pine boards w/o Spacers at once !
I am not God, just hard !

Ok...... You ever found a guy who's not buffed in UFC or MMA? I'm also buffed myself, and I know personally that kicks will do damage if they land. If you watched Fight Science, they clearly showed that a kick will be much heavier than a punch if it lands. If kicks are useless just because the opponent is buffed, punches would have even less effect. If neither punches or kicks have any effect, what's the point of hitting? You'll never hurt anyone, anyone who's worked out before.

Jack dont believe everything you see or here. Fight science has been mistaken several times in their depictions of several arts. Thats why I prefer things tested on me first. Never said kicks weren't effective especially when you know nerve points, such as gb31 on the side of the leg. Before getting into points I was rh kicked there by a teen as we sparred. 5 minutes later I couldn't walk for 2 months my leg was 3 times normal size.

Let their depictions be false or whatever, it's the science that matters. If anyone wanted a show about depictions of martial arts I'm quite sure they woulda watched something else. And there we go you admitted kicks are good, so I'm cool with it.
