Well actually a lot of sparring can look a little sloppy because I do it after a 1hr 30min workout on the weights and bags. That's the best way to do it though. Thanks.

Thanks Jay. With a flurry like that, I always keep it in my back pocket because most fighters have a real hard time dealing with that. I got that from Bruce Lee, I have always tried to emulate Bruce's handspeed (havent quite made it yet) but there is always room to improve.
As you can see in the first match, we werent pushing it, when they start getting "live on me" I get "live back".
