For Aurora and Time Machine Purple, you unzip the ZIP file (which is done automatically usually), then put the Screen saver file (it's a Quartz Compisition, so it ends with .qtz) into your screen saver folder. For the regular time machine, go to the site I linked to, download it, and do the same thing as you did for the other two. For Hyperspace, unzip the GZ file, and drag the .qtz file into your screen saver folder

Wallsaver is a mac-only program, but I'm sure there are windows programs out there that do the same thing. Also, I can't really tell you if it slows up the computer or not, because it honestly depends on your computer.

There is a guy which gives serialKeys for a recording program.
