Such a risky single to release. But this song proved that synthpop could be warm and lush.
The video is brave, too. Not many female music stars would simply sit in front of a camera and let the emotions of the song flow like this!
This is one of many songs by the Eurythmics with a girl's name as a title. Others include "Belinda", "Jennifer", "Adrian", "Sylvia" and of course, "Julia".
Along with "The Walk", this song remains one of my top 2 favorite Eurythmics track! Thanks!
