Hey! I went to ATF 2008 in Tampa and I LOVED IT!! First timer, so it was really powerful. :] I loved everything from the worship, to the sermons, to the skits.

I might get 1000 "poor comment" ratings on this, but here it goes: I believe that these people have it all wrong about the Judgement. First of all, we already have asked Jesus into our hearts and repented our sins and asked for forgiveness. In the BIBLE ITSELF it clearly states that when we do that, Jesus casts our sins away, never to be seen or remembered by him AGAIN. So The Bema is going AGAINST the word of God by saying that he will put us on the spot anddrop the guilt bomb on us in heaven.

first of all the bema is more comenly known as the Great White Throne Judgment. no offense but its in revelation and secondly God will not judge our sins but the works we have done to determin the number of crowns we will get to cast at his feet. im not tryn to b mean but i have studied revelation for the past year. if im wrong im sry

It actually does talk about the Bema Judgment Seat in the bible...
It's the final judgement... People have the wrong idea of what judgement means though... it's not a negative thing...
Basically it's a look at your whole life... everything you've ever thought, said, done. Absolutely everything. Both the good and to bad...

I've been going to ATF's since I was in, like 6th grade. This year they re-did the Bema... it was the drama they did at my first ATF... and it had a HUGE impact on me. I think that as far as ATF drama's go... it will always be my favorite. By the way... you should all check out the Honor Academy website... I was there last year with all those guys in this video... best year of my whole entire life. I know that all of them would agree. After all, they did stay a second year to serve with ATF.

You can get saved and never do anything for God if you want, but what will your reward be? This isn't judgement for right vs. wrong, it's judgement of your work for your new King you have sworn allegience to. Have you been a "good and faithful servant" or "wicked and slothful"? Even in that parable, one was rewarded more than the other. Neither of those two was judged as wrong, but the greater investment into the kingdom was more greatly rewarded.
