they are not EVERYWHERE and it's not very evident, but i went to boracay with my family a year ago and my dad pointed them out to me. you can tell by how they dress, they just hang around the bars and clubs, and when you see a bunch a foreign men with a bunch of filipino women... well, let's just say they're not childhood buddies meeting up for a drink. unless you know what to look for, i don't think your kids would even notice.
