The Bucks lead by Sidney Moncrief (please put this man in the HOF) beat Larry Bird and the Boston Celtics ar the Mecca in Milwaukee on May 15,1987 121-111 to force a 7th game at the Boston Garden.This was game 6 of the second round of the 1987 NBA playoffs.The Bucks would go onto lose game 7 in Boston 119-113 after blowing a late lead and squandering a golden oppritunity to play in the NBA finals for the first time since 1974.

| Sidney was a credit to the NBA and in his prime he could take any of these so called "STARS" today beccause he was a complete player. Not only could he take over a game offensively but he could shutdown the offensive weapon on the other team. |

| Man, I loved watching the Bucks play back in the day. They had the coolest court "The Mecca". The coolest uniforms. And the some of the coolest players; Bob Lanier, Sid, Marques Johnson....awesome era in NBA basketball. |
