My dad was in the military, now retired. I'd met a few of his army buddies who have told me he was the best soldier they knew. There was many a time my dad risked not coming back. I was lucky to grow up with a father while so many others are not. God bless our troops, and may God watch over the families of the fallen.

When I first saw this video, I was at the MTS Centre and saw first hand the reaction it got from the members of our military that were there. They were saluting their fallen and in tears.
This video touched a lot of people and I thank Steve Godkin, Producer of visual media and the rest of the Manitoba Moose production team for putting this together.
But mostly, I thank all the Canadian Men and Woman in our Armed Forces. It's because of you I have a Country like Canada to be proud of.
