I like the way Joe Wright describe characters, and their opposite way of being...look to Lizzie and Mr. Darcy. She likes to walk, to dance, everything is collected to her feet, while Mr Darcy's description is given by his hands in many scenes. Great!

I think he actually was supposed to be tall, rather than short... but Tom Hollander is a genius, really, and the way he acts is so great I didn't really mind... I loved this film, all in all, with all the small inaccuracies, and I could watch it over and over again :D I got in on dvd for my birthday :D
